ORDER

TA (AT) No. 287 of 2021 (COMPANY APPEAL (AT) No.130/2020):

On behalf of the ‘Appellants’, a ‘Memo’ dated 16.09.2023 vide Diary No.2054 was filed before the ‘Office of the Registry’, stating that the `Parties’, had negotiated and had amicably resolved to `dispute/transverse’ that arose between themselves, and as such, the ‘Appellants’, are not interested to prosecute the instant TA (AT) 287 of 2021 (Comp. App (AT) No. 130 of 2020) any further.

In view of the fact that the ‘Appellants’, had filed a ‘Memo’ dated 16.09.2023, as mentioned supra, this ‘Tribunal’ recording the fact that the matter was controversies between the `Parties’, were amicably resolved between them and accepting the said ‘Memo’, this ‘Tribunal’ is perforced to pass an Order, stating that the instant TA (AT) 287 of 2021 (Comp. App (AT) No. 130 of 2020) is ‘Dismissed as Withdrawn’. No costs. The connected pending Interlocutory Applications, are Closed.
