By way of filing the present application, the applicant seeks to amend the memo of the application being Criminal Misc. Application No.20886 of 2025.
Learned senior advocate Mr.P.K.Jani appearing for J.Sagar Associates for the applicant has submitted that the amendment is sought for to bring on record certain documents as well as to correct the typographical mistakes. Learned senior advocate Mr.Jani has further submitted that barring paragraphs 2.1, 2.4 and 2.7, the amendment may be granted. He has, therefore, prayed that this Court may allow the application and grant the necessary amendment.
Learned APP Ms.Krina P.Calla appearing for the respondent – State has no objection if the application is allowed and the amendment is granted.
On the facts and in the circumstances of the case, the present application seeking amendment is allowed to the extent that the applicant is permitted to carry out the necessary amendment excluding paragraphs 2.1, 2.4 and 2.7.
With the above, the application stands disposed of. Direct service is permitted.
Registry is directed to notify the main matter, i.e. Criminal Misc. Application No.20886 of 2025 for hearing on 03.03.2026.
