Judgment

Heard Mr. M. Devananda, learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. Jyotsana, learned counsel appearing for the applicants and Mr. N. Mahindra, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
The present application has been filed with a prayer for allowing amendment of paragraphs No. 2, 4, 12 and the prayer portion of the miscellaneous application registered as MC (L.A. App.) No. 15 of 2023 as proposed at paragraph 2 of the present application by way of substitution of the said paragraphs and the prayer.
Mr. N. Mahindra, learned counsel appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that he has no objection in allowing the present amendment application.
Considering the submission advanced by the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the record, this Court is of the considered view that it will be in the interest of justice to allow the amendment as proposed in the present application and to hear the said miscellaneous application on merit.
Accordingly, the present amendment application is hereby allowed.
Applicants are directed to file recast of the MC (L.A. App.) No. 15 of 2023.
With the aforesaid direction, the present application is disposed of.
