The petitioner is arrayed as accused No.2 in Crime No. 237 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 64(1), 79, 351(2), 351(3) read with 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhitha, 2023 (for short, 'BNS').
