Heard Mr. Sarathi Jyoti Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. L. Samanantaray, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.

Mr. L. Samantaray, learned Additional Government Advocate, on instructions, submits that the victim girl has not appeared before the Medical Board, in the meantime.

Mr. Sarathi Jyoti Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner undertakes that the victim girl will appear before the Medical Board as directed earlier for her examination on 3rd November, 2021.

In that view of the matter, it is directed that Mr. L. Samantaray, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State shall take necessary steps for facilitating appearance of the victim girl before the Medical Board on 3rd November, 2021 and file report as directed earlier vide order dated 25.10.2021 by 8th November, 2021.

List this matter on 9th November, 202 after rising of the Division Bench.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.

A free copy of this order be handed over to Mr. L. Samantaray, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State for compliance.
