Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

In view of the urgency of the matter and since the statutory period of termination of pregnancy of the victim girl is stated to have been over, this Court refers the matter to the S.C.B. Medical College and Hospital, Cuttack with a direction for examination of the victim girl by a Medical Board comprising of a Gynaecologist, a Paediatrician and a Radiologist or Sonologist. They are directed to report the exact age of pregnancy and whether termination of pregnancy shall in any way be dangerous to the health and life of the victim girl, both mentally and physically. Let the report of the Medical Board be submitted before this Court within a period of one week from today through the office of the learned Advocate General, Odisha, Cuttack.

List this matter on 1st November, 2021 after rising of the Division Bench.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.

A free copy of this order be handed over to Mr. Priyabrata Tripathy, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State for early compliance of this order.
