Justice L. Narasimha Reddy:

The applicant filed OA No.3115/2019 seeking the relief of family pension. The OA was disposed of on 21.10.2019 directing that the respondents shall pass order on the representation of the applicant dated 10.08.2019.

2.

This contempt case is filed alleging that the respondents did not comply with the order of the Tribunal.

3.

Heard Shri M.K. Bhardwaj, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Rajeev Kumar, learned counsel for the respondents.

4.

It is brought to our notice that the respondents have released family pension to the applicant. She has got the relief much more than what was granted in the OA.

5.

The contempt case is accordingly closed. In case the applicant has any grievance as to the quantum of pension, that is certainly a matter of separate proceedings. There shall be no order as to costs.
