Judgment
This application is filed seeking for rectification of the order dated 01.05.2023 in IA.637/2023 by which one Mr. Malireddy Ramana Reddy is appointed as liquidator. The contention is that the said liquidator was appointed in place of Shri. Medarametla Rama Rao. The reasons on which the rectification which is in fact modification is sought for are that the applicant was proposed as liquidator by the CoC with 100% voting and consent was also given by the Applicant. But, this Hon’ble Tribunal appointed Shri. Medarametla Rama Rao as Liquidator instead of this Applicant and observed that this Applicant’s name is not found in IBBI Website. In fact, the name of the Applicant is reflected in the official website of IBBI. A copy of the screenshot downloaded from the official website of IBBI is enclosed along with the application which shows the name of Mr. Malireddy Ramana Reddy as being valid till 23.02.2024. Hence, considering the above application is allowed as prayed for.
The fee of the erstwhile liquidator, till he is relieved by the new liquidator, shall be paid the CoC.
