ORDER
The Present Application is filed under Rule 11 of the National Company law Tribunal Rules, 2016 seeking corrigendum in the Order dated 31.05.2021 passed in IA 2406 of 2020.
The Order dated 31.05.2021 passed in IA 2406 of 2020 inadvertently mentions in paragraph 13 (ii) as “Mr. Nitin Vishwanath Panchal having IBBI Registration No.: IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00777/2017-18/11350 is hereby appointed as a Liquidator as per the provisions of Sec. 33 of the I&B Code. The same is to be replaced by “Mr. Dilipkumar Natvarlal Jagad having IBBI Registration No.: IBBI-IPA-001/IP-P00233/2017-18/10462 is hereby appointed as a Liquidator as per the provisions of Sec. 33 of the I&B Code.
Corrigendum Allowed. Henceforth in the Order dated 31.05.2021 in IA 2406 of 2020 in paragraph 13 (ii) is to be read as Mr. Dilipkumar Natvarlal Jagad having IBBI Registration No.: IBBI-IPA-001/IP-P00233/2017-18/10462 is hereby appointed as a Liquidator as per the provisions of Sec. 33 of the I&B Code.
Rest of the Order remains unaltered.
Ordered Accordingly.
