ORDER
IA-942/2025: Our attention is drawn to the resolution reproduced in our order dated 22.01.2025 in terms of which the SCC proposed the name of Ms. Harmeet Kaur to be appointed as liquidator in place of Mr. Nilesh Sharma who could be appointed as member of this Tribunal. However, in the penultimate para of the order name of Liquidator is reflected as Mr. Ajay Gupta. Apparently, there is an error in the order. The error is directed to be rectified to the extent that in place of Mr. Ajay Gupta having (Registration No.- IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00140/2017-18/10304, E-Mail ID: ip.ajaygupta@corpvisory.com), Ms. Harmeet Kaur (an Insolvency Professional with Registration No.: IBBI/IPA002/IPN00948/2020-2021/13076) may be read.
