Judgment
By filing this application, the applicant has prayed to replace the IRP Mr. Kedaram Ladha and appoint Mr. Lokesh Khadaria as Interim Resolution Professional.
Heard. Ld. Counsel or the Applicant submits that earlier Mr. Kedaram Ladha had given his consent to act as an IRP but during the pendency of the application he has withdrawn his consent. But this could not be communicated earlier, therefore, vide order dated 12.10.2021, Mr. Kedaram Ladha was appointed as IRP. Since he has withdrawn his consent (Page 8 of the application), therefore, the petitioner has filed the name of new IRP Mr. Lokesh Khadaria who has also given his consent to act as IRP. His name is in the list of RPs of IBBI.
Considering this, we replace the Mr. Kedaram Ladha and appoint Mr. Lokesh Khadaria as a new IRP. Mr. Kedaram Ladha is discharged from the responsibility of the IRP with immediate effect. The Applicant is directed to communicate Mr. Lokesh Khadaria regarding his appointment as IRP today.
With this order, the present IA stands disposed of.
