Judgment

That the present application has been filed by the Applicant under Rule 8 of Insolvency and Bankruptcy (Application to Adjudicating Authority) Rules, 2016 for withdrawal of the petition filed by the Applicant bearing no : IB-221(PB)/2020.
The prayers in IA No. 1185/2022 are as follows: -
1.The Hon'ble Tribunal may kindly permit the Applicant to withdraw the application bearing no. 221(PB)/2020 and dismiss the same as withdrawn.
AND/OR
2.Any other relief that this Hon'ble Tribunal may deem fit in favour of the Applicant."
