This is an Application filed under Section 35 (n) of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 praying for withdrawal of the Application filed under Section 9 of IB Code, 2016 in the matter of IB-3078/ND/2019 as the settlement had arrived at.
Having heard the submissions made by the Applicant herein and considering the averments made in the present Application, the Application seeking for withdrawal of the Petition filed under Section 9 of the I&B Code, bearing No. IB-3078/ND/2019 is allowed and the said petition is dismissed as withdrawn under Rule 8 of the IBBI (Application to Adjudicating Authority) Rules, 2016.
