IA No. 517/JPR/2022:

This is an application under Rule 8 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy (Application to Adjudicating Authority) Rules 2016 read with Rule 11 of the National Company Law Tribunal Rules, 2016 has been filed for seeking withdrawal of the Petition filed under Section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. Learned counsel for the Respondent has objection in withdrawing this petition at this stage.

This matter was earlier heard and order was reserved; meanwhile this application has been moved by the Petitioner, looking into facts and circumstances of the case application is allowed. CP No. (IB)- 1204/ND/2018 filed under Section 9 of IBC 2016 dismissed as withdrawn and all pending IAs stand disposed of.
