IA(IBC)/1713(KB)2022 was reserved for order on 18/05/2023.
It is stated in the application that the Liquidator communicated with the Reserve Bank of India (“RBI”) in the matter of M/s. KKK Holding (HK) Ltd. and the RBI accordingly responded stating that the matter needs to be applied through the Authorised Dealer Bank, which is UCO Bank in the instant case.
It is also stated that the Liquidator duly informed the matter to UCO Bank, India Exchange Place Branch via e-mail dated 13/12/2022 and subsequently on 21/12/2022 for doing the needful in the matter. However, the response of UCO Bank could not be found.
Liquidator is directed to submit a Supplementary Affidavit bringing on record the response of UCO Bank along with present status with regard to the said investment in KKK Holdings (HK) Ltd., within 7 days from the date of issue of this order.
