An affidavit shall be filed with supporting documents to show that all the account(s) maintained by the Corporate Debtor before commencement of liquidation has/have been closed and the amounts lying in the account(s) after closure of those accounts have been transferred to the aforesaid liquidation account along with original bank statement showing receipts and payments with regard to liquidation account from the date of opening to date of closure showing “zero” balance.
The applicant has only annexed Form H but Final Report has not been annexed with the application in compliance of regulations 45 of Liquidation Regulations.
