ORDER
It is brought to the notice of the Tribunal by the petitioner that order has been passed by the Hon'ble NCLAT in CA (AT) Insolvency and Bankruptcy No. 83/2019 dated 30.01.2019 that in the order passed by this Tribunal on 2.01.2019 has been set aside and specific directions have also been issued to this Tribunal. The close action would be taken into consideration the directions given by the Hon'ble NCLAT the proceedings in this petition stands closed.
