Judgment
ORDER
Mr. Vinod Chaurasiya Ld. Counsel appearing on behalf of the Ex-IRP and draw our attention to the affidavit filed by Mr. Manish Aggarwal director of the Corporate Debtor and an order passed by the Hon’ble NCLAT dated 17.08.2023 passed in Company Appeal (AT) (Ins.) No. 373 of 2023 which has been annexed.
Ld. Counsel for the Financial Creditor is also present. Hon’ble NCLAT by the said order dated 17.08.2023 has closed the CIRP and discharged the IRP, in view of the settlement arrived between the Financial Creditor and Corporate Debtor. In view of the order passed by Hon’ble NCLAT, nothing further is required to be done in IB-1032/ND/2018 filed under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. IB-1032/ND/2018 is disposed of as the Hon’ble NCLAT has already terminated the CIRP and IA/3858/2023 has become infructuous and the same is also dismissed as infructuous. All papers be consigned to record.
