ORDER
IA/3822/2021- By filing this application, the Applicant/RP has prayed for withdrawal of the Application in terms of the settlement arrived between the parties. Heard the Ld. Counsel appearing for the Applicant and perused the averments made in the application.
Ld. Counsel for the Applicant submits that he has received Form-FA from the Applicant and the COC vide Resolution No.1 in its meeting dated 10th July 2021 has approved the withdrawal of CIRP by 100% voting share.
Ld. Counsel further submits that RP has already received the CIRP cost. So, considering the submissions, we permit the withdrawal of the Application.
Accordingly, IB-1094/2019 is Dismissed as Withdrawn.
With this, the present IA stands disposed of.
