ORDER
This application has been filed seeking withdrawal of IB-73(ND)/2024, filed under Section 9 of IBC, 2016, wherein the CIRP was initiated vide order dated 31.05.2024. It is stated that the parties have entered into a settlement deed dated 05.06.2024 and therefore, the Applicant seeks to withdraw the present application.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the application i.e. IB-73/ND/2024 is permitted to be withdrawn. The IRP is discharged from his duties and the Corporate Debtor is restored back to the Directors.
