I.A. No. 924/2025

The respondent no.1 filed an application I.A. No. 176/2025 for seeking direction for disposal of goods lying under the possession of the respondent no.1 as per inventory dated 10.05.2018.

Ms. Jaya Tomar, Advocate for the respondent no.1 stated that the goods subject matter of I.A. bearing No. 176/2025 have already been taken back by the appellants and as such I.A. No. 176/2025 has become infructuous. Accordingly, the respondent no.1 is allowed to withdraw I.A. No. 176/2025 as no further adjudication is required. The I.A. No.924/2025 is accordingly, disposed of.

The present appeal is filed to impugn the order dated 15.02.2020 passed by the DRT-1, Chandigarh in S.A. bearing No. 176/2018 titled as M/s RSM Resorts & Others v. State Bank of India & Others.

The Counsel for the appellants stated that the matter has already been settled with the respondent no.1 in pursuance of the letter dated 25.08.2025 (Annexure-R1/1). The Counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal which is not objected by the Counsel for respondent no.1. Accordingly, the present appeal is allowed to be dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. All pending applications, if any, also stands disposed of.
