Judgment
Present as under: Mr. Radhe Agrawal, Counsel for Appellants. Mr. R. L. Motwani, Counsel for Respondent Bank.
The Learned Counsel Appellants would submit that the I.A. (Diary) No. 1760/2026 is filed for withdrawal of present appeal and I.A. (Diary) No. 1761/2026 is filed for refund of pre-deposit. He would further submit that the matter has been settled between the parties and he wants refund of pre-deposit amount and seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal.
Not objected to by the Counsel for Respondent.
Accordingly, I.A. (Diary) No. 1760/2026 and I.A. (Diary) No. 1761/2026 are allowed.
Registry is directed to refund the pre-deposit amount directly to the Respondent Bank with accrued interest, if any, as prayed in the application and Misc. Appeal No. 124/2025 is dismissed as withdrawn.
All pending I.As., if any, stand dismissed.
