Judgment

The Learned Counsel Appellants would submit that the I.A. (Diary) No. 1762/2026 is filed for withdrawal of present appeal and I.A. (Diary) No. 1764/2026 is filed for refund of pre-deposit.
He would further submit that the matter has been settled between the parties and he wants refund of pre-deposit amount and seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal.
Not objected to by the Counsel for Respondent.
Accordingly, I.A. (Diary) No. 1762/2026 and I.A. (Diary) No. 1764/2026 are allowed.
Registry is directed to refund the pre-deposit amount directly to the Respondent Bank with accrued interest, if any, as prayed in the application and Misc. Appeal Diary No. 1129/2026 is dismissed as withdrawn.
All pending I.As., if any, stand dismissed.
