Learned Counsel Mr VVSN Raju, for applicant present physically. Learned counsel for applicant represented that in compliance of order dated 22.11.2024 of Hon’ble NCLAT, the JLM has decided to appoint Mr Rajesh Chillale as RP for this Petition. Accordingly, this application is filed for seeking approval for appointment of Mr Rajesh Chillale as RP. Permission granted and Mr Rajesh Chillale is hereby appointed as RP and he is directed to complete the CIRP process as per the order dated 22.11.2024.
Accordingly, this application is allowed and disposed of.
