ORDER
CA 970/2019 has been filed by the RP. Pursuant to the directions given in the order dated 10.07.2019 while considering the CA 824/2019, this application has been listed today.
The consent of the IRP as the RP in Form AA in Annexure A has been filed in CA 970/2019. In the first progress report after initiation of the CIR process, the IRP has been confirmed as the RP in the first COC meeting held on 14th June, 2019 and it has also been pointed out as Item No. 12 of the minutes. In view of the same, IRP has been confirmed as the RP in the COC. The progress report filed with the above application is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions.
