Judgment
IA-743/2022: In view of the resolution passed by the CoC replacing Mr. Amar Gopal Gambhir with Mr. Rajiv Bhatnagar with 100% voting in the meeting held on 11.02.2022, we hereby confirm the appointment of Mr. Rajiv Bhatnagar with Registration No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00075/2017-18/10160 at page no. 4 of the application. The replaced IRP is directed to handover the complete records of the CD to the newly appointed RP within 03 days.
For the reasons stated in the IA and in view of the Resolution of the CoC, the IA-743/2022 filed under Section 22(3) of IBC, 2016 stands allowed.
IA-2110/2022: In view of the order passed in IA-743/2022, the present IA stands disposed of, as the present IA is only the response to IA-743/2022.

IA-1327/2022: The prayer made in the IA filed by the ex-IRP is for making payment of his professional fee and expenses. He submits that he has represented several times to the CoC but the payment is not being made. Hence, we deem it appropriate to refer the matter to the IBBI for suitable intervention and to resolve the issue.
The present IA stands disposed of.
IA-1355/2022: For the reasons stated therein, the IA-1355/2022 is allowed, the Respondents are directed to extend the required co-operation to the newly appointed RP namely Mr. Rajiv Bhatnagar in the CIRP process initiated in terms of the order passed by this Adjudicating Authority.
With this, the present IA stands Allowed.
IA-2880/2022: For the reasons stated therein, the IA-2880/2022 is allowed.
