ORDER

1.

Ld. Counsel for the Applicant in IA 750 of 2022 present. Ld. Counsel for the IRP present.

This application has been made seeking replacement of IRP Shri Sandeep Mitra and appointing Shri Pratap Mukherjee in accordance with an approved Resolution of CoC passed by (89.30%) of CoC Members. The Resolution approved the replacement of the IRP has been placed on record at page 61 and the Resolution regarding the appointment of Resolution Professional at page 62.

In view of the above facts and the record, we allow this application and accordingly Shri Pratap Mukherjee [Regn. No: IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P02515/2021-22/13851] is appointed as Resolution Professional.

The outgoing IRP shall handover all the records available before him to Shri Pratap Mukherjee within 3 days and its dues if any pending before the CoC shall be cleared within one week.

With these directions, IA(I.B.C)/750(KB)2022 is disposed of accordingly.

List this matter for reporting progress Report on 30.09.2022. Copy of this order be sent to IBBI.
