ORDER
Ld. Counsels submits that a compromise has been effected pursuant to which the Corporate Debtor shall tender a Demand Draft of Rs. 14,11,000/- in full and final settlement of the claim during the course of the day. In view of the same, Ld. Counsel submits that subject to the receipt of the Demand Draft today, no further grievance shall survive. In view of the same, he wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to seek its restoration in the event of default of compliance.
Disposed off accordingly.
