ORDER
Ms. Annie Singh, CS in practice appearing on behalf of the petitioner has accepted the Demand Draft of Rs. 6,52,887/- from the Corporate Debtor in full and final settlement of the claim. In view of the same, she has instructions to withdraw the present petition. It is however submitted htat the TDS deducted on the aforesaid is yet to be deposited with the tax authorities. Ms. Mehar Tandon, Ld. Counsel appearing on behalf of the Corporate Debtor submits that the same shall be done within 2 weeks subject to the petitioner providing the copies of the invoices.
The petition stands disposed off.
