Judgment
The counsel for the financial creditor has appeared and submitted an application proposing the name of IRP. The earlier IRP CA Parveen Kumar Aggrawal is stated to be not available to act as IRP and tendered his resignation from the post of IRP. The name proposed is Nitin Jain bearing Registration No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP/P/01562/2019-2020/12462. The IRP has given his consent in form II to perform the role of IRP in the above matter. The application is allowed and Nitin Jain is permitted to Act as IRP. The IRP is directed to report the developments of the matter after four weeks. Post the matter to 4th May, 2020.
