Mr. Vedula Venkataramana, learned senior counsel, appearing for M/s. Bharadwaj Associates, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, CBI has registered an FIR and as such, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the FIR before the appropriate forum.

Permission is accorded.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty sought for. The miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as costs.
