Judgment
Heard Mr. Puneet Yadav, learned counsel representing Mr. V.Anirudh Bharadwaj, learned counsel for the appellant, in virtual mode; Mr. N.Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Southern Power Distribution Company of Telangana Limited (TGSPDCL), appearing for respondent No.1 and Mr. A.Chandra Shaker, learned Standing Counsel for Northern Power Distribution Company of Telangana Limited (TGNPDCL) appearing for respondent No.2.
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Appeal as the same had been filed against an interim order, which had expired on 29.07.2026 i.e., yesterday.
In view of the same, the Writ Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
