The Court made the following: ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Telugu Daily Andhra Bhoomi Mentioned in the order dated 28.04.2026 since been discontinued from the year 2021 and therefore, he is seeking substitution of the same by any other newspaper such as 'Nava Telangana' which has wide circulation in the State of Telangana.
It is accordingly substituted by 'Nava Telangana' and permission is granted to take out substitute service on or before 06.10.2026.
List this matter on 06.10.2026.
