The Court made the following Order :
This application is allowed for the reasons mentioned therein and the official liquidator is permitted to publish the notice in newspapers in the vernacular languages in the States of Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Maharashtra and the National Capital Territory of Delhi, as well as in English in the "Times of India" in the aforesaid States and the National Capital Territory of Delhi. The expenditure towards such publication, as stated in the application, shall be met out of the funds available with the Official Liquidator.
