ORDER
CA-533 of 2020 is an application filed by the IRP under Section 12(A) of the Code seeking withdrawal of the IB application 2241 ND 2019. Learned Counsel for IRP says that the COC in its first meeting held on 15.01.2020 at agenda item No.6 has deliberated the issue of withdrawal of the present Application by the Operational Creditor. The COC by 99.16% voting share has consented to the said agenda. The copy of the minutes of the first COC meeting along with voting and attendance sheet are annexed with the application. The Learned Counsel for IRP has been paid his dues and nothing is due. Copy of Form A is also annexed. Considering the submission made and documents placed on record the present application is allowed whereby Operational Creditor Mr. Harvinder Singh Luthra is allowed to withdraw IB Application being 2241(ND)2019. IB 2241(ND)2019 stands withdrawn and disposed of. File be consigned to the Record Room.
