Judgment
The appellant filed S.A. bearing No. 04/2026 titled as M/s Experior Developers Private Limited v. Edelweiss Asset Reconstruction Company Limited and others which is stated to be pending before DRT-II, Chandigarh.
The appellant filed an application bearing I.A. No. 1033/2026 for preponement of the next date of hearing which is scheduled on 24.08.2026. The appellant also filed another application bearing I.A. No. 1034/2026 for restraining the process of barricading activities stated to have been carried out by respondent no.1/FI.
The DRT-III, Delhi who is also having the additional charge of DRT-II, Chandigarh has dismissed the I.A. bearing No. 1033/2026 vide impugned order dated 21.07.2026 by observing that there was no merit in I.A. bearing No. 1033/2026 for preponement of the SA and accordingly dismissed the said application.
With the consent of the appellant and respondent no.1/FI who is stated to be the main contesting party, DRT-III, Delhi (being additional charge of DRT-II, Chandigarh) is directed to hear the argument on application bearing I.A. No. 1034/2026 on 27.07.2026 and thereafter disposed of said application in accordance with law after giving an opportunity of being heard to the contesting parties. The appeal stands disposed of.
The contesting parties shall be at liberty to raise all pleading and contentions in support of their arguments before the DRT-III, Delhi (being additional charge of DRT-II, Chandigarh).
The copy of this order be sent to DRT-III, Delhi for information and compliance.
