It transpires from the Court records that on 06.12.2021 no one was present at the time of virtual hearing of the matter. On 10.01.2022 also no one was present at the time of virtual hearing. The matter was re-notified on 07.02.2022. The matter was further re-notified to 07.03.2022. Today, the Learned Counsel for the Corporate Debtor is present and submitted that he has no instructions from the client and prayed for grant of leave to withdraw his vakalatnama. Taking the non-absence of the parties into account the Section 9 application bearing IB-359/ND/2020 is dismissed for default of prosecution. The case folders and files may be sent to the record room.
