ORDER
Mr. Sidharth Joshi, Ld. Counsel appearing for the Operational Creditor submits that he has instructions to withdraw the petition. Mr. Anurag Sharma who was appointed as the IRP in this case has not taken any steps as he had not received the order appointing him and therefore no steps were taken by him. As no steps towards CIR process have been initiated till date, the Operational Creditor is being permitted to withdraw the proceedings.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
The IRP named is hereby discharged.
