Judgment
There is no representation on behalf of applicant. The records show that the applicant has not been appearing continuously. The prayer in the application to refrain the respondents from granting any permission for carrying on dumping activity in the name of Solid Waste Management Scheme at Survey No. 82 to an extent of 4.37.0 hectare out of 4.72.0 hectare and in Survey No. 83 to the extent of 2.14.5 hectare out of 2.32.5 hectare of Agaramsippandi Village, Tiruvannamalai Taluk and District.
The 5th respondent in his reply has stated that the Municipality is not dumping any municipal solid waste in the said survey number which is the subject matter of the application and an undertaking has also been given by the 5th respondent that in said survey number no municipal solid waste will be dumped except constructing a compound wall to prevent encroachment. The undertaking given by the 5th respondent is recorded. We make it clear that the municipality shall continue to abide by the undertaking.
With the above observations application stands disposed.
