Judgment
Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, we find that the main grievance of the applicant is with regard to the non-consideration and non-
disposal of his two statutory complaints dated 07.04.2020 and 06.01.2021.
Having considered the rival contentions and all aspects of the matter, we dispose of this application in the following manner :
“The statutory complaint filed by the applicant on 07.04.2020 shall be disposed of within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of copy of
this order and, thereafter within a period of thirty days from the date of decision of the statutory complaint dated 07.04.2020, the second statutory
complaint
dated 06.01.2021 shall also be disposed of and the decisions be communicated to the applicant immediately after both the complaints are decided.
In case any grievance still subsists, the applicant may take recourse to the remedy as may be permissible under law.â€
With the aforesaid directions, OA stands disposed of.
