Judgment
The applicant has invoked the jurisdiction of this Tribunal by filing this OA and the prayers made by the applicant in Para 8 (a) and (b) read as under :
(a) Issue an appropriate direction(s) or order(s) to respondent to dispose of the statutory complaint of applicant dated 09.03.2020, which was processed by the
respondent vide their letter No B/01249/PS Coord/2020/Statutory/AG Coord(C) dt 29.05.2020, within four weeks; or
(b) Alternatively, direction(s) be issued to Respondent to process the Statutory Complaint under the supervision of this Hon’ble AFT by filing weekly report
on progress of processing of Statutory Complaint.

Keeping in view the submissions made by the applicant and Shri Bhati, learned senior counsel for the respondents, we deem it appropriate that, at
this stage, without entering into the controversy on merits, interest of justice would be met in case the respondents are directed to decide the statutory
complaint dated 09.03.2020 filed by the applicant in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the copy of this
order and communicate their decision to the applicant. Ordered accordingly.
With the aforesaid, the OA stands disposed of.
