ORDER
The Learned Representative for Resolution Professional is present.
MA-1419/2019 – This Application is by Resolution Professional seeking an Order under section 33 for initiation of Liquidation process. Placed on record the Resolution of the Committee of Creditors dated 23.03.2019 approving the Liquidation. Also placed on record the consent of the Liquidator. As per the consent one Mr. Ankur Kumar having Registration No. IBBI/IPA-002/IP-N00113/2017-18/10283.
After considering the circumstances and the sequence of events since there is no Expression of Interest and the decision of the Committee of Creditors for Liquidation is on record, the Liquidation is hereby approved. The Liquidator appointed shall commence the process of Liquidation and submit the report on the next date. With these directions MA-1419/2019 stands disposed of.
