Judgment
ORDER
The RP along with Learned Representatives for RP and Bank are present.
MA-135/2019 – This is an Application filed by RP for passing an Order under section 33(2) of the I&B Code.
Placed on record a Resolution of the COC dated 09.01.2019 and it is approved by majority. Since there was no Resolution Plan for due consideration of COC as reported vide Resolution No. 4, hence resolved that this is a fit case for granting process of Liquidation.
The Learned Counsel for RP Mr. Prakash Nath Mishra has consented to act as a Liquidator. As a consequence it is hereby ordered that the legal process of Liquidation shall commence henceforth. Request for Liquidation is hereby allowed.
The Liquidator is directed to submit the Progress Report on 09.09.2019.
