ORDER
The Learned Representatives of both the sides are present.
MA-1111/2019 - This Application is for an Order under Section 33 to initiate the Liquidation Process. Placed the Minutes of the COC Meeting dated 09.03.2019 and the reason for liquidation is that on advertisement no Resolution Plan was received. Valuation Report is on record. Since the COC has approved the process of Liquidation, hence application for passing an Order under section 33 of the I&B Code is allowed. Placed the consent of the RP along with the Valuation Report to function as Liquidator. Mr. Ankur Kumar Registration No. IBBI/IPA-002/IP-N00133/2017-18/10283 is directed to function as Liquidator.
MA-1111/2019 is allowed. Disposed of accordingly.
