ORDER

The Learned Counsel for the ‘Appellant’, Mr. A.M. Sridharan in Comp. App (AT) (CH) No.34/2023, informs this ‘Tribunal’, that a ‘Joint Memo’, filed by the respective Counsels, appearing for the ‘Parties’, in the instant ‘Appeal’, stating that the ‘Appeal’, is settled, between themselves, by virtue of ‘Agreement’, dated 24.02.2024. In fact, Mr. Prasad Vijaykumar, Learned Counsel appearing for ‘Respondent Nos.1 to 3’, is not disputing the factum of ‘Settlement’, amicably arrived at, between the `Parties’, in the ‘Agreement’, dated 24.02.2024.

In view of the fact that the disputes, between the ‘Parties’, have been settled amicably, through the ‘Agreement’, dated 24.02.2024, a ‘Joint Memo’, filed on behalf of the respective `Parties’, in the instant ‘Appeal’, is taken on record and based on the reason that the matter has been settled between the Parties, the instant Comp. App (AT) (CH) No.34/2023 is ‘dismissed as withdrawn’. No costs. All connected pending IA Nos.324/2023, 325/2023, 832/2023, 1284/2023 & 147/2024 are ‘closed’. The earlier ‘Interim Order’, granted by this ‘Tribunal’, shall stand vacated automatically.
