The Contempt of Court case is filed alleging that the respondents have willfully and intentionally defied and flouted Annexure 1 interim order dated 28.10.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.33597/2022. By the said order, this Court directed the respondents to remove the metal fencing in front of the house of the petitioner so as to have ingress and egress to his residence including the movement of his vehicle. Since it was brought to the notice of this Court that Annexure 1 order was not complied with by the respondents, this Court passed an order on 04.11.2022 directing the Secretary of the Panchayat to remove such part of the metal fencing in front of the house of the petitioner so as to create a passage for petitioner's vehicle including car/ambulance. It is admitted that the order dated 04.11.2022 was implemented. W.P. (C) No.33597/2022 is finally disposed of by this Court today by separate judgment. Taking note of these aspects, this contempt of Court case is closed.
