Devan Ramachandran, J
The 1st respondent - Secretary of the Grama Panchayat, says that even though they are trying their best to complete final proceedings under
Section 235W of the Kerala Panchayat Raj Act, the petitioner is obstructing it, using her small children as human shields. He submitted that his client
is unable to understand why the petitioner is doing so in spite of having filed this Contempt Case.
If the afore allegations are true, then certainly the action of the petitioner should be viewed as being an attempt to abuse the processes of this
Court.
I, therefore, suo motu implead the 'Station House Officer, Kothamangalam Police Station', as an additional respondent and who shall visit the premises
in question at 02.00 P.M today and report before this Court on 13.08.2021.
Since there is no appearance for the petitioner today, I request Sri.C.A.Navas, learned counsel for the 1st respondent to furnish a copy of this
contempt case to the learned Government Pleader forthwith.
