Judgment
Mr. Nallapu Manideep, learned counsel for the petitioner, placed reliance on the circular of this Court vide R.O.C. No.2766/OP CELL/2026 dated 10.04.2026 whereby the trial Courts were directed to dispose of Pre-2022 cases on priority basis while giving special emphasis to 10 years old (pre-2017) cases.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the suit in O.S. No.54 of 2016 was filed by the petitioner for perpetual injunction on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Hanumkonda (for short 'trial Court') more than ten (10) years ago. The suit was renumbered as O.S. No.411 of 2022. The evidence has been concluded and the suit is at the stage of arguments. The petitioner is eighty-one (81) years old and requested this Court to direct the trial Court to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible.
Considering the petitioner is 81 years old and the matter is pending since 10 years, this civil revision petition is disposed of directing the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S. No.411 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the civil revision petition, stand closed.
