Judgment
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the documents on record.
The petitioner and her husband, both have been made accused in Complaint Case No. 3057 of 2014, registered under Sections 406, 420, 323/34 I.P.C . After enquiry under Section 202 Cr.P.C . the trial Court has issued summons to the accused persons on 20.12.2014. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 16.05.2017. It appears that main allegation is against husband of the petitioner who is the main partner in the partnership firm.
The learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer for grant of bail. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above?named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/? (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Complaint Case No. 3057 of 2014.
