Judgment
Heard the learned counsels appearing for the parties and perused the documents on record.
The petitioner is an employee under M/s Bharat Coking Coal Limited. He is in judicial custody since 27.04.2017. He has been made an accused in a complaint case filed by his wife vide C.P.Case No.2888 of 2013 for the offence under Section 498(A) IPC . The stand of the petitioner is that when he refused to become ''Ghar Jamai'', his wife has filed the instant case to put pressure on him, though he is ready to keep his wife with all honour and dignity and to bear all expenses.
Learned APP has opposed the prayer for grant of bail. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad, in connection with C.P.Case No.2888 of 2013, on the condition that he shall pay Rs.5,000/- to his wife each month through the trial court and he shall not seek unnecessary adjournment during the trial.
